First party.

B: Tian Tian Xiang Catering management Limited

In order to ensure a, B both rights and responsibilities, specific following contract,a, B both comply with hope.

A party of canteen meals per day, unit price: workers yuan / person, staff yuan / person, (early, afternoon, evening meals). Workers breakfast yuan / person,afternoon, evening yuan / person; staff breakfast yuan / person, lunch, dinner each yuan / person; supper for the yuan / person's food costs to Party Bcontract.

Two, the party a responsibility:

1, provide accommodation, kitchen utensils, kitchen, dining room, diesel,hydropower, stool;

2, to provide the freezer, disinfection cabinet, cooking utensils, cooking stove,sink, fan and other kitchen large facilities;

Three: responsibilities of Party b:

1, must comply with the provisions of the state regulations on health management, strictly enforce the "Food Sanitation Law", to ensure food hygiene,such as the employees found to have widespread poisoning accident, the hospital inspection is caused by Party B the meal, all the responsibility and cost of Party B shall be responsible for;

6, provides weekly update menu to Party a;
